My story

Built inside the engine.

I am Nasser Zaman Chowdhury — a Chartered Manager, certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, CEO and EdTech operations leader.

My work has been shaped inside a fast-moving education environment where strategy, delivery, technology, people and commercial performance meet every day.

At Staff Asia, I have helped lead the operating engine behind UK education and eLearning brands including Training Express, One Education and Academy for Health & Fitness. That experience has given me a practical view of what it takes to scale digital learning operations: clear ownership, disciplined delivery, strong managers, resilient systems and commercial focus.

My focus is practical: create enough structure for teams to deliver, leaders to decide, and growth to continue without relying on guesswork.
