Enquiries
The contact form collects your name, email and message, plus any optional organisation, website and topic details you provide. The form also records the page and campaign code associated with the enquiry. Netlify processes and stores form submissions. I use this information to reply and manage relevant follow-up; I do not sell it.
Booking a call
Calendly provides appointment availability and booking. Its calendar loads when you choose to show available times; a direct link is also provided. Calendly handles the booking information you enter under its own privacy notice.
Analytics and website preferences
The website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, page interaction and enquiry steps. Form fields are masked for Clarity, and names, email addresses and message contents are not sent in custom analytics events.
Your browser may store a short-lived preference to avoid repeating a consultation invitation, and session information to carry a service topic or campaign code into an enquiry. Closing the invitation suppresses it for seven days on that browser. A confirmed enquiry or embedded-calendar booking suppresses it for 30 days.
Questions and requests
Contact me if you have a question about the information you submitted or would like it corrected or deleted. Browser analytics settings and blockers may limit measurement. This notice describes the website implementation; provider settings and retention should be reviewed when deploying it.
